Add even more functionality to your existing Robonova-1!  Almost all of the top competitors are now equipping their robots with a dual-knee joint system. The benefit for having two servos in the knee is  simple. Instead of making one servo move 180deg. to fully extend a joint,  the dual-servo set only requires each servo to travel 90deg to meet the same angle. Thus, dramatically increasing the speed and travel range of the joint. These kits maintain your RN-1's original squat height (from ankle to hip centers) of 0.8", but gives an increased leg extension from 4.125" to a whopping 5.775"! CHECK OUT THE VIDEO!

SPECIFICATIONS:
These legs were specifically designed with the Robonova-1 in mind. They're fully compatible with the Hitec HSR-8498HB, as well as other servos that share identical dimensions.

I spent a lot of time getting these just right. The tolerances are so precise that it's hard, if not impossible, to find any slop. Special care was taken to ensure they conform, nearly seamlessly, with the already established Robonova-1. These aluminum brackets come in hard-coat anodized in black or plain (non-anodized), making them even more resilient to the stresses that, I'm sure, will be imposed on them.

We have an extremely low volume on hand - only 3 sets this first run.

They were professionally fabricated at our own CNC shop here in Ohio, and anodized in Indiana.
